Problem Definition of Main Project

Abstract of the Project:

A portal for video and image sharing similar to wikipedia for information and data sharing.

Our portal allows users to anonymously

1. upload valid image/ video files to the server based on tag words and will be added under a list of general categories which will be predefined.
2. search for files based on tag words.
3. browse files based on topics.
4. view & download images
5. stream & download audio/video.
6. add tag words to any existing file.
7. report a file as bogus(1000 reports will result in file's deletion).
